‘Nuff said!

Glory to God, FOREVER!

notice that stuff doesn’t just happen as you sit by and wait. 

i’m so pumped right now, because i have been listening to Christy Nockels’ new cd, “Life Light Up,” from sixstepsrecords. preordered it, so it’s on it’s way, but from what i heard on the Passion podcast, again, i’m super pumped!!

it just strikes a chord in my heart to get up and make something happen for the kingdom. i think about how stagnant we get alot of times, simply because we feel that there’s not a whole lot that can be done at the moment.

but there is…

i say, let’s all just start our own lists and just put as many things on it as we can think of.

as time progresses and opportunities arise, start checking things off the list.

1. help a neighbor mow the grass.

2. hold the door open for someone.

3. donate blood.

the list goes on and on and i know from experience that, when you get on a roll with doing this stuff, it starts to really pile up amazing feelings inside,… it makes you wanna bust out and praise the Lord. 

so, i’m just dying to hear how the checklist works for you.

it’s time we get uncomfortable and light up the lives of those our God puts in our paths each day. i mean, after all, that’s what they’re there for, right?

right?

watched two movies this week that, surprisingly, BLEW MY MIND WIDE OPEN! Bride Wars (that’s the surprisingly,..) and Definitely, Maybe! 

I wish I had the time and patience to spill EVERYTHING that poured through my mind as I watching Definitely, Maybe,… man, how I wish I had the time.

One thing that I love about what I’ve learned is you really do have to grab life my the horns. Waiting is actually very detrimental!

Here’s what I see, in a nutshell,… 

I see the most beauty that can be captured in one person’s eyes, and a warmth in a smile so soothing, it just feels like home.

I see skin so soft, like reaching to the sky and grabbing the clouds,… a voice so sweet, it’s a joyful noise to my ears.

Inside, a heart that beats for God like no other, and my soul cries out to meet hers at the gates of heaven, to be united in more than an earthly vow, but instead, a majestic communion of faith and hope and love.
